Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your treatment plan addresses each condition at once with personalized, compassionate care for comprehensive healing.

Ocean Hills Detox and Rehabilitation (also known as Ocean Hills Wellness and Rehabilitation) is a residential program aiming to heal the mind, body, and spirit by addressing the underlying cause of addition. The program is personalized and flexible, and the average stay is 14 days, although guests can stay longer. Staffed by a team of experts, Ocean Hills combines traditional talk therapy with holistic treatment options like equine therapy, yoga, physical exercise, healthy eating, and adequate rest. Guests start the day off practicing gratitude and engaging in recovery readings, followed by a nutritious and delicious breakfast. “On weekends, guests at Ocean Hills follow a more relaxed recovery routine from the busy, therapy-focused weekdays. Yoga, nature walks, biking or bowling and hot pool visits are led by Weekend Programme Facilitator Liz Webster.” Aftercare is just as important as initial treatment, so Ocean Hills alumni meet online to support each other which guided by a professional team. They also encourage guests to attend peer support recovery groups after the initial program. Ocean Hills provides high-quality, compassionate treatment without sacrificing the comforts from home. The beautiful home is more like a retreat. The cozy home houses up to 4 guests at a time, making the treatment extremely personalized. Bright, sunny rooms along with private bedrooms with queen beds and luxurious linens are all available. A private chef prepares gourmet meals throughout the day including fresh juices and green smoothies. Ocean Hills not only offers high-quality treatment, but also provides the best possible experience during one's stay.
