Located in Palm Coast, Florida, Palm Coast Treatment Solutions (also known as Palm Coast Recovery) offers evidence-based outpatient treatment for addiction and mental health disorders. This Joint Commission accredited program has 3 levels of outpatient programming including a day treatment program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a general outpatient program. They also offer specialized outpatient programming for young adults that treats mental health disorders and co-occurring internet and gaming addictions and substance use disorders. Palm Coast Treatment Solutions uses an array of evidence-based therapies in order to help clients successfully achieve long-term recovery. Clients receive individualized treatment plans that may include therapies like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, eye movement therapy (EMDR), and psychoeducation. Family therapy is also incorporated. Palm Coast Treatment Solutions is an abstinence-based program and clients attend 12-Step groups while in treatment.
