Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your treatment plan addresses each condition at once with personalized, compassionate care for comprehensive healing.

Zen House Transitional Living supports individuals recovering from substance use and mental health challenges through structured care in a safe, supportive setting. Located in Palm Coast, Florida, the program operates two sober living homes: Poinsettia House and Panorama House. Each home offers stability, comfort, and a strong sense of community. Clients receive personalized care, family involvement, and ongoing guidance from trained peer coaches and certified sober escorts throughout their recovery journey. The program blends routine, peer support, and personalized coaching to create a healing environment. Residents take part in positive daily activities, case management, and regular house meetings, while also receiving one-on-one support from trained staff. The focus is on building accountability, structure, and emotional growth, ensuring that each person moves forward with clear goals and strong support. Each home includes shared spaces, laundry facilities, and basic kitchenware. New residents receive bedding and storage supplies upon arrival and are guided through a structured intake process. Residents are responsible for their own groceries and toiletries, with staff support available for those in need. Drivers trained in CPR and Narcan administration provide safe and reliable transportation to and from treatment centers, airports, or home, ensuring clients are cared for both on the road and during their stay.
