Six Seasons Recovery is an upscale recovery center using a blend of holistic, wellness-focused, and experiential therapies to treat clients with addiction and mental health concerns. They offer residential care, day treatment, and virtual telehealth options. Six Seasons Recovery treats only 4 clients at a time in an intimate recovery setting. They provide a medical assessment upon arrival to create customized treatment plans. Clients receive personalised care across their four pillars of treatment: medical, psychological, nutritional, and physical. Depending on the circumstance, they may be able to treat clients as young as 16 years old. At Six Seasons, their top-tier medical and wellness professionals work collaboratively to facilitate guests' journey to complete recovery. Guests benefit from the 24/7 support of a multidisciplinary team, including a Psychologist, Eating Disorder Clinician, Nutritionist, Dietician, Private Chef, Exercise Physiologist, Yoga Therapist, meditation and mindfulness expert, Equine Therapist, Music Therapist, Art Therapist, nursing staff, and wellness coaches. Additionally, Six Seasons offers a comprehensive 12-month aftercare program, ensuring continued support and guidance beyond the initial treatment phase. This holistic approach offers ongoing care tailored to their individual needs, fostering transformative healing experiences and long-term wellness at Six Seasons. They also offer adolescent treatment for individuals 16+, with mandatory family member accompaniment. Six Seasons offers various holistic modalities to create comprehensive healing. The highly individualised treatment approach reflects the holistic nature of the integrative therapies provided. A typical day at Six Seasons commences with serene activities such as beach walks, meditation, or yoga, setting a calming tone for the day. Clients then participate in facilitated individual counselling sessions tailored to their unique treatment program. Furthermore, Six Seasons incorporates various holistic modalities, including equine-assisted therapy, yoga, meditation classes, daily exercise routines, life skills workshops, organic nutrition, and creative therapies. Clients meet weekly with their nutritionist to discuss how their diet can optimise their recovery, including gut microbiome testing to tailor nutrition plans. This comprehensive approach provides a well-rounded treatment experience that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit, promoting lasting recovery and holistic wellness. Six Seasons Recovery is located on an 80-acre property surrounded by nature in Margaret River, Western Australia. In addition to therapy, they offer fun outings like beach trips and day trips around the South West region. On-site, guests can relax in a pool and sauna with onsite massages provided regularly. Each guest has a private room and can access personal training and private yoga classes. They can also use phones and laptops with the help of their care team.
