About Southcoast Psychiatric Services
Located in Boca Raton, the team at Southcoast aims to provide compassionate treatment for their clients. The medical and mental health teams work together to treat the underlying issue to their clients’ problems, rather than just treating their symptoms. They provide counseling and psychiatric services to anyone struggling with mental health conditions. The team works with clients who experience anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, relationship issues, anger, stress, PTSD, dual diagnoses, grief and learning disabilities. The first step in treating mental health conditions at Southcoast is psychotherapy. These therapy sessions are conducted by master’s or doctorate level practitioners with at least two years of experience. Oftentimes, clients find significant relief working with a therapist and expressing their concerns. If psychotherapy is not enough, clients can work with a psychiatrist to create a medical treatment plan that can help lead to relief and allow clients to make progress. More often than not, clients are able to make same-day appointments with Southcoasts’ flexible schedule.
