Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare has been providing addiction and co-occurring mental health disorder treatment to adults in Evansville, Indiana since 1971. They provide 2 levels of residential treatment and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Their primary residential program has 32 beds and provides high intensity treatment for 3-4 weeks. Their second program is a transitional residential program with gender-specific housing that can last for 90 days to 12 months. Clients in both residential programs receive a variety of evidence-based therapy services, psychoeducation, life skills training, and case management services. The IOP is available at 7 outpatient locations across Southern Indiana and they treat clients of all ages, with programs for both children and older adults.
