Time Wellness Tennessee is an outpatient facility using evidence-based therapies to treat mental health disorders in adults. They offer 3 levels of outpatient care: a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a general outpatient program. Additionally, they offer supportive housing in Taft, Tennessee for clients enrolled in their outpatient programs. Time Wellness uses an array of therapies that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) as well as unique approaches including biofeedback, red light therapy, a biosound bed, and a float tank. Through these therapies and more, Time Wellness helps clients learn how to communicate, build their self-esteem, and learn new coping skills. They include family and loved ones in the treatment process and strive to provide well-rounded care to help each individual return to a healthy lifestyle.
