Cedars at Cobble Hill is a leading addiction treatment center in North America. Cedars focuses on the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction, as well as eating disorders, sex addiction, and gambling. Their capacity to treat clients at all stages of the recovery process ensures that they receive the best possible care. Medical detox and residential therapy in gender-specific housing are available at Cedars. The holistic approach is paired with tailored treatment regimens, catering to each person's specific needs. The curriculum assists in improving self-esteem, preparing connections with others, and setting goals in order to lay a strong foundation for success. The length of stay is tailored toward the client's goals, and treatment includes individual therapy, process group therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), 12-Step facilitation, art therapy, spiritual guidance, daily exercise, meditation, and more. Cedar at Cobble Hill is a true haven. The log cabin-style residences are set on 65 acres with stunning views of the forest. Numerous outdoor trails that are surrounded by trees allows clients to exercise or take a peaceful walk through the woods. Cedar's facility is situated on the traditional lands of the Cowichan Tribes and the Hul'qumi'num people, and takes use of the natural splendor of British Columbia's west coast. With beautiful exposed beams, hardwood floors, and river-rock fireplaces Ceders is truly a beautiful site offering a natural, therapeutic setting for clients.
