Prairie Sky Recovery Centre treatment plans include all 12 Step facilitation, emotional wellness, mindfulness, communication and assertiveness training, financial literacy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavior therapy (
CBT), recovery safety plans, and aftercare by their recovery coaches. Families of clients can also participate in an included 2-day psychoeducation program.
